Your trial data stays preserved for 14 days after expiry. If you upgrade to Pro or Diamond within that window, every estimate, justification, and NS Item you created during the trial is still there — you just keep working. After 14 days without upgrading, trial data is removed.

Yes. Within 14 days of your Pro purchase, you can upgrade and pay only the prorated difference between Pro and Diamond for the remainder of your subscription. After 14 days, you can still upgrade at any time — but you'll pay the full Diamond price (the unused portion of your Pro plan won't be credited).

No. The department you choose at purchase is locked for the duration of your subscription. Pro is a single-department plan by design — there's no option to add a second department to a Pro account. If you need access to multiple departments, upgrade to Diamond for every department at once. If you're unsure which department fits your work, start with the 14-day trial — you'll see every department's catalogue before committing.

Costimator supports CPWD (DSR + DAR) and Indian Railways (USSOR + AoR) at launch. MoRTH SoR, Karnataka SoR, and UP Irrigation SoR are on the roadmap and will become available to Diamond subscribers automatically as they ship. Pro subscribers can upgrade to Diamond at any time to access new departments.

No. Every future SoR publication and update is included in your subscription at no extra cost. We don't believe in charging for updates — keeping your data current is part of what you're paying for, not a separate product.

If you're on Pro, you'll automatically get every new publication within your selected department.

If you're on Diamond, you'll get every new publication across every department as it launches, including new departments we add to the platform.

Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We may consider a refund where there's been a documented service failure on our side — see our Refund Policy for details.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Government Purchase Orders, with bank transfers available on request. Online card payments are processed instantly via Stripe; bank transfers and POs are handled directly by our team.

Yes. We accept Government Purchase Orders for institutional purchases — Central and State government departments, PSUs, and autonomous bodies. Send us your PO with the plan details, and we'll process the order, share a tax invoice from Create2Inspire Pvt. Ltd., and activate your subscription. For bulk or department-wide licensing, contact us first so we can structure the right plan for your team.

No. All prices shown on this page are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added to every paid plan at checkout, and your invoice will show the base amount, GST, and total separately.

Costimator is a brand of Create2Inspire Pvt. Ltd. — every paid plan generates a tax invoice automatically, issued by Create2Inspire Pvt. Ltd. and sent to your registered email immediately after payment. If you need a GSTIN-tagged invoice for input tax credit, contact us with your GSTIN and we'll issue a separate GST invoice over email.
